Itinerary Preview

Here’s a glimpse of the unforgettable journey awaiting you in Rwanda.

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
Arrive at Kigali International Airport with a personalised meet and greet before transferring to Hemingways Retreat Kigali for an evening to relax and settle in.

Day 2: Kigali & Volcanoes National Park
Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial and stop for a traditional Rwandan coffee before travelling to the Virunga Mountains. En route, visit the Dian Fossey Gorilla Campus before arriving at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Experience
An early start for one of the world’s most extraordinary wildlife encounters – trekking through the forests of Volcanoes National Park to spend time with a mountain gorilla family.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trek & Kigali City Tour
Track the playful golden monkeys in the bamboo forests before returning to Kigali for a cultural city tour and your onward journey home.
